Please note that other UNAUTHORIZED versions of the book have been circulated for download on the internet recently. In fact, I have even discovered unscrupulous profiteers whom have seen fit to sell this .pdf as their own. In light of such unfortunate events, I have decided to make AN OFFICIAL VERSION available to all for FREE.
